The concept
Nachos is a quality Mexican-inspired fast-food concept. Our fajitas, tacos, burritos, quesadillas and salads are made to order, right before the customer's eyes.
In each of our restaurants, we cook fresh fruit and vegetables and quality French meats on site. Our restaurants are delivered daily with fresh produce.
You won't find any frozen products in Nachos kitchens! Our sauces and our legendary guacamole are homemade. Our beans are stewed for long hours with a (secret) blend of spices, Origine France meats, paprika, barbacoa or chili marinades, onions and peppers browned just enough to retain a certain crunch. Yummy!
The first NACHOS restaurant
Located in the Docks76 shopping center in Rouen, on the right bank of the Seine, the first NACHOS restaurant opened its doors in 2013. Created by its founder, Benoit Leroy, this iconic restaurant marks the start of a culinary adventure that has changed the landscape of Mexican-inspired fast food.
