NACHOS was originally a restaurant in Rouen. Born from a "fast-casual" concept where fast food meets good food. This Mexican-inspired restaurant opened in the heart of the Docks 76 shopping center in 2013. The brand's mission is to offer varied, well-balanced dishes that are a far cry from traditional burgers, pizzas and other fast foods. Our aim was to offer fresh produce for tasty, balanced menus. Because, after all, there's no reason why you can't eat well, fast and healthy!
The concept quickly won over customers, and word-of-mouth quickly amplified its reputation. Soon, NACHOS was much more than a restaurant: it was a meeting place. It's a warm and friendly atmosphere, where people discover and share anecdotes about Mexican recipes and urban stories.

In 2016, NACHOS opened its second restaurant in the heart of downtown Rouen, on Rue du Gros Horloge, the city's busiest street. Unsurprisingly, the concept proved popular, and the NACHOS name began to resonate beyond the borders of Normandy.
In 2017, the Rouen-based company opened its first franchise in the south of France, in Toulon. Customers were won over, and the NACHOS story spread throughout France. As the years went by, development continued and intensified, and this trendy new concept became increasingly popular, making the brand the leader in quality Mexican catering.

2023 marks 10 years of NACHOS.
10 years since we began offering fresh, high-quality products cooked with love in our restaurants, including meats from French origins and, above all, our famous guacamole, which our customers love so much!
