The Nachos franchise aims to triple in size over the next 3 years
The Nachos fast-food network continues its expansion in France with the opening of its tenth restaurant in Neuilly-sur-Seine, marking its entry into the Paris region. The restaurant adopts a new, more modern look and emphasizes the homemade culture, preparing fajitas, tacos and salads to order in front of customers. Nachos opened six new restaurants in 2019, and its plans for 2020 include an arrival in Caen, three new openings in the Paris region and one in Brittany. The brand's goal is to reach 30 restaurants by the end of 2023. Nachos will also be taking part in the Franchise Expo Paris trade show in March 2020.

COVID-19: Benoît Leroy, founder of the Nachos network, tells his story
The Nachos fast-food franchise, specializing in Mexican cuisine, has responded proactively to the health crisis linked to the COVID-19 pandemic. The company's founder and CEO, Benoît Leroy, quickly contacted his franchisees to discuss and find solutions to the urgent situation. Although the Nachos restaurants initially tried to maintain their business by offering delivery and takeaway sales, the drop in sales and the government's announcements eventually led to the temporary closure of the establishments. In the days that followed, the Nachos team worked on an action plan including a communications strategy to maintain the link with customers, a cash management tool for franchisees, and a decision not to charge royalties on March sales to relieve franchise partners. As far as development is concerned, current projects, including the opening of a restaurant in Caen, have been put on pause but will be resumed with greater commitment as soon as possible. As for future candidates, Benoît Leroy believes that the crisis will make a natural selection, leaving only the most solid profiles to persevere.
