NACHOS IN REIMS
Nachos, a fast-food chain, sets itself apart from its competitors with its unique approach: fresh, healthy Mexican cuisine that's still affordable. Customers can customize their fajitas (or burritos), bowls, tacos and quesadillas before their very eyes, using fresh ingredients: meats of French origin, quality fruit and vegetables, and long-cooked dried beans. Following its opening in Strasbourg in 2021, Nachos has inaugurated its second establishment in Eastern France, at the end of December 2023. Located in the most dynamic retail park in the Reims area, Les Parques in Cormontreuil, this establishment continues to offer an authentic and accessible culinary experience.

Henri-Luc CHOULY, following the success of his first NACHOS restaurant in Strasbourg in 2021, has decided to open a second establishment in Cormontreuil, the most dynamic retail park in the Reims area, in December 2023. His experience in this location, where he already has operations, played an important role in his strategic decision. Despite running his first restaurant independently, Henri joined the NACHOS franchise, attracted by its advantages, particularly in terms of marketing/communication support, centralized purchasing and network guidance. Building on his success in Cormontreuil, he is already planning to open a third NACHOS in Reims, reflecting his entrepreneurial spirit and long-term vision.

In 2023, Lyon's Part-Dieu shopping center recorded almost 30 million visitors, with a total of 289 stores, including 18 new openings recently. These include La Tête dans les Nuages, Snipes, Stradivarius, Bershka, JD Sport, Jack & Jones, Lolly's and others. New arrivals include Horace (natural skincare for men), Biotech (sports nutrition), Poltornesofà (furniture), Sushi Way, Skechers, 6th June (streetwear), and Nachos (Mexican cuisine).
