In 2023, the healthy Mexican cuisine brand set a record with 11 new openings, totaling 29 restaurants. Despite inflation, sales reached 17 million euros. In 2024, the emphasis is on expansion via franchising, targeting major metropolises for an active clientele aged 25 to 40. The franchise model includes a 7-year contract with specific financial conditions. The aim is to double the number of restaurants by the end of 2025, while maintaining geographical homogeneity.

Nachos reinforces its commitment by offering the La Vie bowl chili veggie topping, in line with its vision of healthy, tasty Mexican cuisine. Going against the grain of "French tacos", Nachos meets the growing expectations of health-conscious urban consumers by focusing on fresh, local ingredients. With some 30 restaurants already in operation, the franchise aims to accelerate its expansion to 60 establishments within two years, with a target of opening 10 to 15 restaurants a year.
