Job description

It was on his return to France that Benoît LEROY, founder of the NACHOS company, decided to introduce the French to tasty Mexican-inspired cuisine. His first restaurant opened in Rouen in 2013, and the people of Rouen were delighted. Today, we have 30 restaurants in France, and this is just the beginning of our adventure.

As part of this development, we are looking for our future Assistant Manager (F/H ) based in ROUEN (76). As Assistant Manager, you will occupy a strategic position within our restaurant. Versatility and organizational rigor are your watchwords. Your objective is to support your Restaurant Manager in fulfilling his or her missions by managing the team (management) and the general organization of the restaurant. You'll be responsible for the customer experience, ensuring compliance with the brand's standards.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

🥑 Operational & field

  • You welcome customers and advise them throughout the sales process;
  • You will be responsible for setting up your sales outlet and ensuring compliance with our NACHOS processes and standards;
  • You will play an active role in the deployment of our new tools and processes;
  • You'll be in charge of restaurant services and help out the teams on a daily basis;
  • You support your colleagues in operational management and problem-solving;
  • You are responsible for the customer experience and for building customer loyalty.

🥑 Day-to-day management of the restaurant

  • You are the guarantor of production quantities, minimizing losses and shortages;
  • You monitor quality indicators;
  • You are in charge of cash counts and justifying discrepancies.

🥑 S upply

  • You control and validate the receipt of goods
  • You manage orders in agreement with the Restaurant Manager;
  • You ensure stock rotation;
  • You carry out inventories.

🥑 Health and safety

  • You ensure compliance with HACCP standards and the sanitary control plan;
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with NACHOS processes and standards within the restaurant;
  • You ensure compliance with the correct presentation of personnel and the wearing of PPE;
  • You ensure that the restaurant's equipment operates smoothly, and report any anomalies and/or malfunctions to the Maintenance & Works teams.
